Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy covers solar-fit.com and the forms Solar-Fit runs on Facebook and Instagram. Solar-Fit is based at 1523 Ridgewood Ave, Holly Hill, FL 32117. It is written in plain language, so you know exactly what happens with the information you share.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you ask for a free quote, send a message or fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive what you enter: usually your name, phone number, email address, zip code or address, and what you are interested in, such as solar panels, a battery or pool heating.

Phone calls. Calls to the phone numbers on this site go through a call tracking service, which logs the caller's number, the time of the call and the page or ad that led to it, so we know which of our advertising is working.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and our hosting provider keep standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

How we use it

We use what you send us to contact you about your request, prepare a quote, schedule an assessment and provide the service you ask for. We use site and advertising data to see which pages and ads help people find us, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

A small number of service providers handle information for us so the site and our follow-up work: our web host and web team, our email delivery service, our call tracking service, and the advertising and analytics services named above. They may use it only to provide those services to us. If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also handles that information under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie so forms work securely. Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies to measure visits and ad results. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, support your system and meet our legal and warranty obligations. If you would like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call us at (386) 441-2299 or write to Solar-Fit, 1523 Ridgewood Ave, Holly Hill, FL 32117, and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
